Dan Standish & Jaysen Collins have made their first Viognier. 2007 is the inaugural release. Anyone who knows them knows that they are zealous when it comes to Rhone varietals. In this case, they sought out a small grower in the Adelaide hills, which is quite a bit cooler than the Barossa valley. The wine is cleverly named ‘Surly Muse,’ in homage to aging Sur-lie.
