Debunking the myth that wines from Oz must be drunk young

Wine Enthusiast Magazine's Joe Czerwinski recently had the opportunity to taste older vintages of Australian Wines. The article largely centers around his tastings of Henchke's Hill of Grace and Penfold's Grange but also includew a short list of wines that reward cellar time such as Glaetzer's Amon Ra & Anaperenna, Standish Shiraz & Relic and Moss Wood Cabernet.
