Charles Cimicky Reserve Shiraz

Selective tasting of individual barriques results in this blend, meant to be the finest wine from exceptionally good vintages only.  Cimicky Reserve is a rich amalgamation of ripe shiraz fruit, subtle oak and firm tannin. Made from 100% Barossa Valley Shiraz from 57-year old estate vineyards.  The wine was aged for 16 months in oak, 60% in new American oak hogsheads and 40% in one year-old French barriques.
